Today we had a special presenter come to Coral Sea. Mr. Easton is a local children's author who spoke to us to create our own stories. He is a W & J professor who also writes children's novels. Through his novel, he showed us how to use our lives, or our cultural ID, to shape a story. His wife, Mrs. Patricia Harrison Easton, also spoke to the other 6th grade teams. A special thank-you to them both for coming and enlightening us on the joys of writing.
